No, we don't install new shingles over old ones. We perform a full tear-off to the deck to uncover hidden issues, maintain manufacturer warranties, and ensure a longer-lasting roof.

Most single‑family shingle roofs finish in 2 working days. Large, steep, or complex projects may take 3 days. Flat, metal, or specialty roofs vary by scope. Weather can shift schedules—we’ll text and email updates.

We offer top-quality roofing materials, including architectural asphalt shingles and flat roof products from GAF. Other brands like IKO, and Owens Corning are available upon request. We also install low-slope systems like TPO, EPDM, and modified roofs, as well as metal roofing. Your proposal will detail all components, from underlayment to flashing.

We tarp landscaping, protect siding and windows, and stage materials to avoid rutting lawns. We perform daily magnetic sweeps for nails and a final walk‑through with you.
